Contact
For support, feedback, feature requests, or privacy questions, email support@rnglad.com.
When asking for help, include your device type, iOS, iPadOS, or macOS version, and a short description of what you were trying to do. Please avoid sending sensitive tenant or property details unless they are needed to understand the issue.
Getting started
Create a property first, then add meters for that property. A meter can track electricity, water, gas, heating, solar, or another utility. You can keep a simple single-rate meter or add several rates when the meter has day, night, export, or custom values.
Readings and consumption
Add readings with their dates so MetersMate can compare the new value with previous readings. The app shows recent history, deltas, charts, and estimated costs to help you understand how consumption changed over time.
Tariffs and costs
Tariffs can change over time. Store tariff values with effective dates so old records remain understandable and new readings use the correct price context. This is especially useful for multi-rate electricity, heating, and changing utility contracts.
iCloud sync
If iCloud is enabled for your Apple account and available on your devices, MetersMate can sync your records through your private iCloud. If sync is unavailable, the app can continue locally. Check Apple system settings if records are not appearing on another device.
PDF and CSV export
Use PDF export when you need a formatted report for sharing or archiving. Use CSV export when you want spreadsheet data for accounting, reimbursement, or your own analysis. Review exported files before sending them if they contain property, cost, or tenant context.
Privacy questions
MetersMate does not require an account and is not built around ads or third-party tracking. Read the privacy policy for more detail about local data, iCloud sync, exports, notifications, and support messages.
